Objective of Campus Online :

  • Online Development of database of colleges to provide ready access to corporate for direct employment of students.

  • Assessment of the candidates aptitude and their fittingness to a particular industry.

  • Employability of students according to their Domain Competence.

  • Nurturing Students through Customized Training Programme to increase their acceptability in particular dominance field.

Employability Enahancement Test :
EEP tests the candidate skills through its programme AEP. AEP is designed to assess and evaluate personality, soft skills and domain competence of candidates. Employability Test is built like a first filter for all educational institutes, companies, and candidates. Recruiters before coming to campus will judge candidates on basis of their performance in AEP.

EEP consists of 2 basic modules :

Effective Communication :

It consists of four sub modules, in which each sub module is of 35 hours duration and these sub modules are :

  • BASICS OF COMMUNICATION : To make candidates aware of the essentials of effective communication.

  • Improving Verbal Communication : To help candidates built competencies for developing effective verbal skills.

  • Presenting Your Self : To develop basic presentation skills for different life & career positions.

  • Winning Expressions : To build confidence into candidates so as to represent themselves at various public forums.

Behavioral Interventions :
It consists of four sub modules, in which each sub module is of 45 hours duration and these sub modules are :

  • Personal Behaviour : To develop basic behavioral skills for self development.

  • Team Behaviour : To make candidates aware of the dynamics & puzzles of working in teams

  • Organisation Behaviour : To develop basic skills for effective performance at future work places.

  • The Winning Edge : To make candidates develop best practices for cracking job interviews.

Domain Competency Programme :
DCDP tests the candidate’s skills through MPT. MPT is designed to measure level of competence of candidates in their respective spheres and specializations. MPT intends to rank candidates on basis of their performance thereby acting as first choice of recruiters looking for MBA freshers in a particular area.

DCDP consists of 4 sub modules and each sub module is of 20 hours duration and these sub modules are:

  • Industry Understanding : To make candidates oriented towards Industry & Salary Trends so as chalk out future career paths.

  • Corporate Exposure : To prepare students for latest corporate trends & practices.

  • Specialized Skills : To provide unique skills as per their specializations.

  • Technical Skills : To develop unique domain based competencies among students so as to make them desirable in employment world.

Training Methodology
Training delivery - ‘Learning by doing’ is the methodology adopted for the sessions. Each activity in the sessions is designed in such a way that participants are exposed to practical ways of learning. This is to ensure that participants equip themselves with the skills they are trained in and not treat the sessions as a temporary activity.


This includes :
Interactive sessions and group exercises to improve the conversational ability of the participants and build confidence in them to face the interview.
